  • VirtualFIT PRO provides digital subscription-based services, including personalized workout plans, app access, support, and continuous updates.

    Because this is a fully online service, no physical products are shipped.

  • Below is our official Shipping Policy for digital subscription products.

  • 1. No Physical Shipping

  • VirtualFIT PRO subscription plans are entirely digital. Subscribers receive:

  • Access to the workout app

  • A personalized training plan delivered digitally

  • Support via WhatsApp and email

  • Automatic updates inside the app

  • No physical shipping, delivery, or freight process applies.

  • 2. Access Delivery

  • After payment confirmation (or activation of the free trial, when applicable):

  • The user receives a confirmation email

  • Within 24 hours, our team contacts the subscriber to request necessary information or provide the estimated delivery time of the personalized plan

  • Platform access is granted automatically after account setup

  • Personalized training plans may take 1–3 business days to be completed, depending on the information submitted.

  • 3. Free Trial Subscriptions

  • If the subscription includes a free trial period, access is granted immediately without an initial charge.

  • Billing begins only after the free trial ends.

  • 4. User Information Requirements
